Зубчатые ремни STS (в Европе распространено название STD) обладают такими характеристиками:
- - в сравнении с ремнями HTD передают более высокие крутящие моменты
- - очень тихие ременные передачи
- - очень высокая точность передачи движения
- - больший срок эксплуатации
- - не требуют обслуживания
Зубчатые ремни HP-STS в сравнении с ремнями STS способны передать мощность на 40%-80% выше.
Профиль HP-S5M имеет специальное покрытие зубьев бежевого цвета и благодаря этому ремень можно применять в оборудовании с высокими требованиями к чистоте, т.е. ремень не оставляет следов износа в виде черной резиновой пыли.
